July 27 -Madison Park Church of God -Garret moves to Hawaii

It was a wonderful morning worshipping the Lord at Madison Park Church of God in Anderson, Indiana. Pastor Rolland spoke on the hurried lifestyle many are leading and that it causes brokenness in our relationships with people and God.  He quoted Mother Teresa, “We need to find God and He cannot be found in noise and restlessness.”  Only God can truly renew and replenish us.
After service we grabbed a bite to eat at A & W, then followed that up with ice cream at DQ. Then we headed back to the motorhome for a bit of down time.

Zac arranged supper with Garrett, a friend that he met at Camp Electric.  We drove to Indianapolis in the Jeep to a restaurant to meet Garrett and his family for a wonderful visit over supper.  Their family was moing to Hawaii and flying out the next day! We felt quite special being able to participate in there family’s “last supper”.  I am so thankful to the Lord for meeting so many wonderful people as we travel.  God makes connections with families that we will never forget; thank you Compton family.
