Walking Cheyenne |
Before leaving North Bend,
Peter headed to the library again to update the blog some more. We managed to get the blog current to July 4th,
only two weeks behind now.
We travelled to Lebanon,
Ohio.
Genesis has been advertising
a dog walking service for months now. Each time we park in a campsite she will
put up her sign. Today was her first paid job and she earned a 33% tip. She was
thrilled and is looking forward to doing it again.
At supper we reunited with
David, Cindy, Elisa, Nathan, Brendon & Jessica Thomas, a family that we met
in Washington state in November. They
drove 3 hours to come visit us for a single evening. We had a wonderful visit
over supper at a local Mexican restaurant.
Then we headed back to the RV park and visited till midnight with their
terrific family. The kids had a blast
playing Lego, and the girls built rubber band bracelets. Zac joined us adults for some great
conversation.

It sounds like you are meeting interesting people from all over North America… so cool.
ReplyDeleteAnd, congratulations Genesis on your first dog-walking job.
