We drove to Anderson, Indiana
today. We pulled into our campsite,
Timberline Valley Campground, and quickly got set up and had a bite to
eat. Then hopped in the car to drive to
Anderson University as we were booked on a tour. It was a great 3 hour tour! Highlights of the University were the Music
and drama theatre, the chapel, dorm rooms with free laundry facilities, the
amazing gym with swimming pool, indoor running track, etc. While we were there the NFL Indiana Colts
were doing there summer training camp.
Although Zac hasn’t confirmed
any plans for furthering his education, we wanted to take the opportunity to
allow him to see various options.
After the tour we headed back
to the RV park where I began the huge amount of laundry needing to be
done. After supper the boys and I had a
fun volleyball game with a family from Chicago until dark. Genesis found a friend and had fun jumping on
the huge jumping pillow here in the campsite.
