Off to walk on the ocean floor at Hopewell Rocks! We took a tour, in which we learned that the tide rises to a height of 40 + feet because it is like a funnel in this location and as the ocean water comes in the water has nowhere to go and rises very high.
Today at Hopewell Rocks camera crews were shooting an “undisclosed travel adventure” When we rounded a corner on the beach we could see them shooting “The Amazing Race”. We took some fun pictures but then Peter was approached by a producer who asked him to sign a non-disclosure agreement. By that time, he had already posted pics on Facebook so he politely declined.
After Hopewell we drove to Rick and Susanne’s to stay a night or two before we head to Quebec. We love this family so much! We were all so excited to spend more time with them. Susanne made a wonderful ham supper and then their neighbors (Perly, Sharon, Aldor, Nancy, & Lori) came over & Zac did a concert for us all.
