Today we toured Charlottetown,
PEI.
One of our stops was the Provincial
House, which was an important part in our Canadian history as the Charlottetown
Conference took place here.
Originally just the Atlantic
government heads were going to meet at Charlottetown, but John A MacDonald and
others crashed the party which ultimately led
to Canadian Confederation.
