Today was an interesting day. I attempted cooking Kraft Dinner on the stove while travelling, which may not have been the smartest considering the twisty road we were on! Peter had to brake just as I was taking a glass bowl out of the drawer and I fell, hurt my back and also broke the bowl. Well, I guess I didn’t need that dish, LOL.
Each day is a learning experience! Today, I learned not to cook while travelling twisty roads.

Out of focus due to excessive speed??? Notice the narrow shoulder and tight turns! Not to mention the tree.

Pacific Ocean -First Glimpse
We arrived to our campsite
just south of Crescent City, California. Then we went to the Trees of Mystery,
where we took a gondola ride up over the massive trees here and we walked and
were in awe of the size of trees here!
In awe of Gods amazing creation, so thankful for all God has created!

The Redwoods are amazing! When we went there, we were amazed. Did you see the Lightning tree? That one was cool!

We saw many, many trees but don't remember any that were called the Lightning Tree.
