Mar 9 -Church at the RV park and South Beach Miami

We started our day by calling Grandpa Bob to wish him a Happy Birthday!

We attended church at the RV Resort.  It was great!  For music they played a DVD of a wonderful family of singers and musicians. Then we had prayer and the message, which was so appropriate for us.  This was our first experience attending church in an RV park and we would definitely do it again.  RV church was hosted by a local man who comes to the park each Sunday and then continues on to his own church.

After service we headed to Miami South Beach.  It was about an hour drive from our RV park.   It was a neat drive heading toward all the high rise buildings along the ocean.  South Beach was amazing, full of people and the beach goes on and on.  Beautiful beach, with lots of activities for kids and adults.  We were fascinated with some of the new and old art deco buildings as you will see in our photos.

We were tempted to take one of those last minute cruises because they are so plentiful and much less expensive when you can leave from a multitude of ports and with various destinations. In the end we decided not to.

Norwegian's Epic was just leaving port
