Mar 16 -Church and Eagles

We attended church at Faith Assembly in Fort Meyers today.  Service was in a huge gym, with comfortable chairs on the floor and kind of like theatre seating up high at the back of the building.  They had a stage for their choir, worship team and pastor to speak from.  Genesis enjoyed kids church and the greeters were very helpful.  They gave us a gift (coffee mug) and invited us to a dinner that they have each week.  They even called later in the week to thank us for visiting.
After church, we saw a bunch of people stopped at the side of the road pointing and looking up at a nest of bald eagles, so we stopped to try and get some pictures.  Across the road were horses and the kids stopped to pet them too.  The real estate agent that owns the land where the nests are located has put up huge billboards around the area advertising his live web cam of the nest. www.dickpritchettrealestate.com

After stopping to look at the horses we went for lunch. We'd never been to a Sonic before and thought we'd give it a try, until we found out that it was only a drive in. We thought it best to try something else since we were piled into the Jeep in our Sunday clothes. We ended up eating at a Chinese smorg in a strip mall. All in all, it was quite good.
Horses were getting upset with each other looking for attention
