Today the kids worked on
school.
The motorcycle we brought
with us had a poor battery so Peter and Bob went downtown and purchased a new
one, battery that is.
We went downtown to The Arbor
and had foot long hotdogs and an Orange Glow. This is another favorite with
Peter and Bob and Jan as they all grew up as this being a special place.
Then we went for haircuts at
Dana Smith’s place. Dana and Peter went to school together up to Grade 8 when
Peter moved to Alberta. It was nice for Peter to be able to catch up a bit with
Dana and her husband Dennis and meet their daughter Ryley who just graduated
from University.
Surprisingly, Peter’s cousin
Terri was also there with her 3 kids getting haircuts.
Peter and Terri and 1st
cousins, Terri and Dana are 1st cousins, Peter and Dana aren’t
related.
