Dec 20 Shakespeare's, Midway Aircraft Carrier, Frozen

Today was a full day, as we went to Shakespears Pub and Grille in San Diego for lunch today.  Peter’s brother Steve is friends with Paul the owner of the pub, so we had a visit with him and he blessed us all with Shakespear Pub t-shirts.   

We were not far from the USS Midway, and this is something that Peter has always wanted to see, so we spent a number of hours touring this fantastic aircraft carrier!  It was educational and fun.  Zane & Genesis became Jr. Flight Rangers, by finding answers to questions throughout the aircraft carrier tour.  Some of the highlights for us were listening to a former pilot tell his personal stories of what it was like to land a plane on the aircraft carrier.  We also loved seeing how the crew lived below deck. 

To end our fun filled day, we went to the movie Frozen in 3D.  We loved it!
